Student Workshop Conflict Management

Are you a conflict driven person or a conflict avoider? Do you think of yourself as a good negotiator? Do the people you negotiated with feel the same about you?

In this workshop you will experience negotiation situations and work on effective tactics to resolve group conflicts. These skills are both applicable in day to day situations (e.g. when your housemate keeps neglecting the household chores) as in professional settings (e.g. salary negotiation for future jobs).

Jasper C. Vogel is an Organizational Psychologist who previously worked at the University of Twente and is currently employed at the University of Groningen where he teaches several courses on topics concerning groupdynamics.
